BIOGRAPHY 

Darrius Rashuun Redmond better known by the stage name King Darrius is an American rapper and record producer. He started his music career as a Deejay in Central Coast California (Monterey’s) hip hop scene in the late 1990’s, early 2000’s. Specializing in remixing Hip Hop, R&B, House, and Dancehall, he has a proven track record of producing profitable music, and also managing the full production process having multiple roles.

With high skills, and 20 years of experience, Redmonds work includes producing, Billboard’s charting music, most notably contributions to the “The Unforgiving Album”, by X-Raided, released in 1998.
Which reached #14 on Billboard’s "Heat Seekers" chart, and has since amassed over 25 million streams without singles or music videos. He also founded and launched the original (podcast) dj mix show,
"69.9 Hyena Radio", dedicated to introducing new and upcoming talent, under the name DJ Sharehl.
 
An advocate of West Coast rap, Redmond began recording in 1996. Known for a strong work ethic, adaptability , and professionalism, he thrives both independently as an artist, and in a team oriented environments, while remaining deeply connected to community engagements, live performances, and new artist.
Though firmly established as producer "DJ Sharehl", Redmond is now expanding his creative expression as King Darrius, the artist, and he remains prominent in 2026 moving forward!
